I’ve been a manager and leader for 20 years. For the last 10 years, I’ve managed a team of up to 100 people from different functions, with different backgrounds, and spanning all four US Time Zones. I’m not in HR and I’m not doing any scientific research. I have learned some tough lessons in what works and what doesn’t and am using this to explore some of those ideas.
